In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, Promotora Turística Real de San Diego S.A. de C.V., makes the following privacy notice available to you.

Promotora Turística Real de San Diego S.A. de C.V is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in this sense and in compliance with the legal obligations established in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, through this instrument informs the owners of the data, the information that is collected from them and the purposes that will be given to said information.

The personal data that we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to establish our relationship with you, as well as to attend to the services and/or orders that you request:

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the scope and meaning of this Notice, as well as the mechanisms that the Law, its Regulations and the other applicable Guidelines confer on me for the exercise of my rights, therefore in this act I grant the express consent to that Promotora Turística Real de San Diego S.A. de C.V., carry out the processing of my personal data to comply with the purposes established in this Notice.
